Support for your staff
We recognise the difficulties of working with dads, and the restraints and pressures that often come from the need to meet certain funding criteria and targets. It is not easy delivering a service to hard-to-reach groups of people and we are well aware of the problems that dad’s workers and their managers face. Dads Do It Too is run by our dad’s worker and his boss! We are able to share our experiences of running and managing a dads project and can provide on-site or distant support and training for staff, volunteers and managers. |
